Rumble heat bug

I wanted to know whether this was intentional, but if you start rumbles spells while he's not in heat and then he goes into heat, his spells don't get the heat buff applied to them. If its a bug please fix :S, game changing if you have a lot of ap and your using q.

It's intentional. He must be in heat before cast for the effects to apply. Generally though, you can mitigate that by using his W.

that is intentional. the overheat effect only happens to spell that made the overheat happen.
