My gold border is now silver.. Why?

So I ended season 8 in gold. I have had a gold border for all of the preseason so far but when i logged in today to play a game my border is now silver. I am currently gold 3 (ended gold 5).

Please help me understand why this is the case as I take much pride in my border that took me almost 7 years to achieve. Thanks!

Check the ! at the top it tells you the answer.

I am still having the issue and the ! on the top left says nothing about it
