I can't hear any sounds pregame

In the lol client I can't hear the noises. Such as clicking on your profile tab or waiting in que for that gong sound before you hit yes or no. I don't hear any lol music or anything at all. Once the game starts the sounds come on in game but it's not working in client.

Check your preferences. Click the gears next to the wuestion mark under your rp/ip bar. You may have your sound muted.

For me, my client sound's working but my in-game sound doesn't. Please tell me a solution D:
