not earning IP

My IP balance hasnt increased for past couple games, can someone help? And yes after each game it shows how much IP i have earned, but when i exit and check my balance it hasnt changed. It is stuck at 1139. I had 1140, and i thought maybe it is glitching and bought that 1 ip LCS summoner icon to check whether there is something wrong with my "IP BANK thingy ", but it went down to 1139

So i am assuming something wrong with like the game adding my IP to like my " IP Bank thingy"
