[CLIENT] Stuck on "Loading"

I get stuck in this screen in the client the second I double-click the shortcut. I end task and the client either immediately opens back up or shuts down and then does the same thing again. There's also a small chance that it completely freezes my computer. I have attempted everything from restarting my computer, to uninstalling and reinstalling the game. If anyone knows how to fix or wants to recommend any tips I will greatly appreciate it.
