BUG Camille vs warwick shield (gameplay)

For some reason every time i play against a warwick as camille i get the spell damage shield from my passive. I looked at the warwick stats in a specific game and he had barley any AP and over 150 AD. This happens every game I play as camille against a Warwick

Not a bug because almost all of Warwick's damage is magic damage. His passive gives him magic damage on hit, his Q is magic damage and so is his ulti.
