Unable to Leave Summoner Platform

I get into the game at about :20 then it starts being weird. I was reconnected after Curse/Razer Cortex crashed my game and then I was unable to leave the platform. Maybe it's because I was running all this external software but I'm not sure.

I try flashing off the platform at 1:31 or so but it doesn't work.
