[Gameplay] Hail of Blades alongside Rageblade not properly stacking Diana passive

If you were to run the Hail of blades keystone on Diana then also buy a rageblade you would come across something odd. When you are stacking your rageblade on diana without Hail of Blades you will always get your empowered basic attack on your second attack but if your Hail of Baldes is off of cooldown and you basic attack you will have your empowered auto on your third (as if you never had Guinsoo's Rageblade). This happens bug seems to always happen and other attack speed items have no effect on the outcome.

How to Recreate the bug:

1. Select Diana in a custom game and use the Hail of Blades rune
2. Buy Guinsoo RageBlade
3. Spawn an enemy target dummy
4. Auto attack the dummy and you will see that your empowered auto is on your third auto attack
5. Auto attack when the Hail of Blades is on it's cooldown and notice that you will have your empowered auto on your second basic attack (like it is meant to be)
