caitlyn bug still exist?

some friends of mine and i were playing a game and one of them was playing cait, over the course of the game we encountered that we could see the enemy nocturne for some reason. not entirely sure what caused it, all we know is that it happened at about the 25 min mark. we noticed that vision had been granted after we fought dragon and the cait ulted him and he died, then we saw him taking our blue buff with no wards in the area.
