Spirit of the Lizard Elder Appearance

Was jungling Nocturne one game, and after buying Berserker's Greaves, I saw Spirit of the Lizard Elder in my items, coming from my custom item build before. I tried to buy it, (intended to refund afterwards, you can check the chat logs) however, I could not. A possible reason why I could not buy it was due to the fact I already had a jungle item, that or I just couldn't purchase it. Thanks :)
