[GAMEPLAY] Xerath's Q bug

When I shot Q of Xerath with the smart cast, a reaction came to be late.

The phenomenon mentioned above is from this patch 5.7.

Specifically, a skill exercises it at the position before the designation when I appoint another position right before I shoot a skill of Q.

There seems to be the bug of ULT and wants you to get over early.

I'm noticing the same thing. It is almost impossible to hit a moving target because if you move to target them with the Q quickly it shoots before the spot where you let go. It doesn't seem to happen on the ult as far as I can tell.
