Missing Final Boss Veigar quotes

I actually posted this before but it was in the wrong category. Any who, Veigar's Final Boss skin is missing all his quotes, being "Super Effective!" and "Deeeleted!" when ulting someone. But as of now, he just laughs like he does in his default skin. Was there a reasoning behind this? If so, why? Otherwise, I would love, and probably any other Veigar main out there, for this to return our video game references. Thank you!
