Normal draft pick but counted for a ranked????

Hi,

I'm currently banned from ranked. It says that I have to win few games in draft to be able to play ranked. I played few of them but I'm still banned. I think I have to win 18 more games but at the end of the game, it says that I played a placement but I queued for a normal draft pick. I tried lissandra mid, because I didn't know it was going to count... but then I lost a provisional game!!!

Please do something. Erase that game because I never played ranked in S5
