Store glitch and missing rp

I have recently encountered a problem with the store resulting in nothing but a black screen. While, i believe, i have fixed the problem. There was one instance where i believed the store had loaded and commenced to purchase the Project: Yasuo skin from the featured tab. However, i was met with nothing but a loading katarina after pressing "unlock". The katarina disappeared but the unlock button remained. Therefore, i traveled to the champions tab to test my skin purchasing luck there. After successfully buying the skin after 2 hours of store problems, i had noticed i was down to almost 500 rp instead of 3200. I realized i mut have been billed twice for a yasuo skin that only appears once in my history. While i am frustrated, i understand that these instances do, unfortunately, occur and would wish merely for the return of my 1350 rp.
