Kalista and vel'koz
FYI, there seems to be a glitch with Kalista and vel'koz. I believe this is the case. If vel'koz uses his ulti and kalista using Fate's Call on vel'koz (absorbing him), vel'koz will permanently be unable to ult

Additionally, if Vel'Koz uses his ult at the moment he dies, he will be unable to use it again unless he disconnects and then reconnects to the game.
