Vi's E bugged

Type of bug- Gameplay (ability bug)

Vi's E does not have the full blast radius. It only does damage about half as far out as it used to. The particles still extend to the full range, but the damage only goes about half the way.

100% reproduction rate, occurred after 4.18. Reproduction steps: Go E a minion wave with Vi and watch your damage not go all the way. Server: NA
