Loading screen stuck on 0% until remake.

Happened to me twice now. I have a lower prio queue because of it. Champ select is fine. Game loading screen everything stays on 0% even ping and only starts loading when the remake has occurred. Bored of this game getting more and more broken every patch.

It continues to happen to me as well. If it doesn't get resolved, ranked is pretty much out of the question.
