no lp gains after a game

i played a game ( won ) got zero lp for the win never registered. at the end it said processing info or something like that. played another game ( lost) lost lp and never actually regained lp for the win i had earlier. not sure if an actual bug or if diamond elo is just there to put you down any feed back would be appreciated
