Mafia jinx skin

For real wtf riot I had mafia jinx gifted to me by my friend and now it's just gone and no longer avaliable for use the skin was gifted to me by a friend you can even check my recently gifted on your time and see it was but now i no longer have the skin anymore so what gives riot you taking skins from people? This is something that needs to he fixed asap I dont like loosing skins for legitimately no reason what so ever. I even messaged him and he said he did not refund at all cause even if he wanted to is was past the window marker for reimbursement of it. Please fix this this is the 4th time a skin has disappeared off my account randomlu
