Tahm Kench and Draven visual glitch

I have noticed that when playing with a Tahm Kench as Draven, they might eat my while I have spinning axes going, and then I drop them in Tahm Kench's gut. But then I am spat out with a spinning axe, although it isn't buffed, it's just the animation that will keep going until I get two spinning axes. Just wanted to let you know, Rito.
