Bug when accepting a match causes "dodge"

Twice now I've clicked accept and the client has glitched out and the accept/decline buttons have stayed up but the background changes and I can hear people selecting champs but I can't interact with the client. Only option is to quit it in task manager.

6 LP and 12 minutes down so far because of this.. Just waiting until I get temp banned or something dumb for dodging too many queues now haha

Has anyone else had this or has riot acknowledged it?
