Bugreport [GAMEPLAY] VI and Zac charge up abilities

Hi rioters,

i keep having the same bug with vis q and zacs e. Every time i charge it more than half the way the bar stays full and i dc for 20-30 sec. It then shows the attemting to reconnect for the duration. Afterwards i can go on playing but it will reoccur every time i use the ability and charge it more than half. I tried with and without smartcast and stil got the same problem. After now loosing a ranked to it i figured i should report it. And i have perfect ping and fps so it is not a connection problem. I hope this is read and you can help me out.
