Dynamic queue bug

Recently I've not been able locking in a ban when i was in champion select in dynamic queue.I always have to wait then eventhough it's because of the client not progressing what i clicked.My friend told me he could see me picking the ban but on my screen i was unable to lock in or pick anything.I'm not the only one this had been happening to, one of myother friends also has that.In game im not having any lags at all;it's just the champion select.
