[CLIENT] Client and game crash whenever YouTube changes video

Hey, basically title. I've got it for about 2 months but discovered what causes the crash just now. I'm listening music on youtube almost whole day, and SOMETIMES, cant tell when, just sometimes client or game freezes when youtube autoplay changes the video and I have to end the process in task manager. I'm using Google Chrome, system is windows 10 64bit
