Cant seem to log in on client

It was working fine this morning but as soon as i got on a couple of minutes ago i cant seem to get past the login screen, it gives me the connection failure screen. Ive tried restarting my pc and router and stuff but it still gives me the connection failure, should i just redownload the game? Ive never had this problem before tho.
