Twisted Treeline Ranked Disabled?

Twisted Treeline Ranked has not been selectable since ~1 am PST last night. There is no message saying why which makes me think this isn't on purpose?

Because ranked 3s share the same "up time" schedule as Ranked 5s.

are you talking about this schedule? If so then that can't be it. I was playing ranked 3s up until ~1 am PDT last night.

Well, I'm honestly never really sure when ranked is up, I only know it's open for longer during weekends.

Also playing from a different time zone makes it also a bit more awkward to follow on the time when you are a potato like me.

I believe ranked should be up in about 15ish minutes from the time of this post. (10 pm for me)

I wish Riot would of let ranked 3s be up at all times, but it does make it a bit easier to get a game since everyone would queue during this time span as well. So I GUESS it's positive, but made me quite sad when they did.

Also, if you live in an area with those, day time saving stuffs, maybe your clock just bugged out? I had times where my clock on pc/phone didn't correct itself and it was an hour ahead or delayed.
