Keyboard Input Issue

Occasionally, when I join a match, my keyboard inputs won't work. If I clicked enter to type in chat, all of my keys function, but when trying to use abilities, ping, dance, or anything else in game, it doesn't work.

In order to fix it, I have to disconnect from the game, close my client, re-open my client, and reconnect.

Just finished a game where by the time I realized I had an issue, I was already in lane. Disconnecting set my ADC behind in cs, and allowed the opposing lane to maintain control against us the entirity of laning phase.

Anything I can provide to help clarify the bug or prompt it getting fixed? Only really happens once every 50-100 games. (very rough estimate. Has happened about 15 times to me this season)
