Anivia
Every so often Anivia's Q will disappear. It will still do damage and stun if you hit it right but you can't see it, it just vanishes.

anivia can do it pretty consistently, basically she has to auto attack and immediately throw her Q
When it happens to me the particles from collisions with minions and champions still happen. The zone, projectile, and reactivation particles are invisible though. Happens once or twice a game.
