When teemo has baron buff and you try to recall you will notice the last 2-3 seconds of the recall animation that he has turned invisible this is alot like the bug some time ago with a talent called 'improved recall' that also allowed him to recall while in stealth
Frankly, the ability to recall while in stealth should be restored. When they swept through all the champions to remove it, they screwed up on Twitch and then decided to leave the bug in place when he got his remake.
Teemo has so little going for him these days, that little buffs like this would be welcome.
Guess you don't know about twitch then....you hit Q immediatly recall and you will be invisible backing....
