I was playing Ahri against LeBlanc and when LeBlanc used her distortion to get near me,
I use charm spells against her, it hits her but does nothing and she teleports back to her safety.
is this a bug? or just the way it suppose to be.. it happened more than 10x.

As leblanc with her w you can que up commands so it executes it instantly, so when she w's if she presses it again she should teleport back instantly to her w if thats what you mean? if she isnt charmed after she has teleported back I'm not sure as to why though,
when leblanc teleports near me.. I cast charms as soon as she lands her teleport near me and far as I can see my charm does hits her ( because I do not see that heart going pass her). but does nothing.. I was not able to que up my charm because it's really hard to predict when she will use her teleport, I usually cast my charm in the direction (usually right in front of me) she lands here teleport and I make sure there are no enemy minions near me when I cast my charm.
