[CLIENT] Dynamic queue lag/bug

Recently when I queue up, if I'm watching youtube or whatever on the side, basically my client lags and doesn't update while my teammates are picking/banning. When I switch back to the client, everyone's picked already and it says I didn't pick/ban (therefore I dodged) and I get ejected out of queue and have to wait 30min to get into queue again.

Isn't the client supposed to pop up when it is my turn to pick/ban?
