After Opening my chest didin't get anything.

After i worked hard to earn my chest, i dicided to open it and after i did it lagged the chest started glowing blue waited 5 mins after opening it thought i need to restart client and after i did didnt get anything no champ,no skin,no ward and i lost my key and chest pls do something cus i worked hard for it, and if you think im that guy who wants free chest and keys you can check my idk game data ty
