[Client] Purchase History Bug (Glitch?)

I'm having a strange bug where I can't see my champion/general purchase history. I just wanted to refund a champion and the whole box is blank. I tried restarting client and other basic methods to fix the issue. I've provided a screenshot below to show what I'm looking at and if you have any ideas please throw them my way!
