Crash at client especially Champ select

Well most of the time I crash during my champ select, but it happens randomly sometimes when am banning sometimes without even clicking a single button other times I crash outside champ select but mostly champ select I have had this problem for over a year and I still can't fix it I even tried reinstalling the game and it still does not work This bugsplat banner just provokes me yo
