Shaco boxes do not proc aftershock under certain (common) circumstances (100% reproducible)

Shaco doesn't proc aftershock with his box's fear unless the enemy that activates the box is at the very edge of the box's range when they activate the box. This might not sound like an issue since boxes activate as soon as someone is in range, but it seems like the short delay between walking into the box's range and the box activating is usually enough for aftershock to not activate.

Testing the bug is very simple in practice tool, but I found a way to make the bug very obvious. Simply place down an enemy practice dummy, put a box directly on top of it, then make a circle of blue wards around the edges of the box's range indicator. When you place a box on the ring of blue wards, it will be at the max distance away from the dummy and therefore proc aftershock. If you put a box anywhere inside the circle, the box will not proc aftershock. I found this bug to be 100% reproducible on the dummy.

The same thing can be done with an enemy bot in practice tool, which will often times stand still in the middle of their fountain, making it easy to test the bug. I also found the bug to be 100% reproducible on the bot when it was standing still in its fountain. However when testing boxes on moving bots (by placing a box down and having it walk into it), I very rarely was able to get aftershock to activate. This is likely for the reason I stated above (the champ walks inside the box's outer edge in the short time before the box activates).

I know the bug isn't super important since Shaco doesn't usually run aftershock, but it should hopefully be pretty simple to fix this bug since the reproduction steps are simple and the bug is 100% reproducible.
