League of legends not responding

So I have this issue where everytime after we pick our champions in champ select my screen closes (as it would always do) but then only the League of legends sign pops up and nothing happens (doesnt matter how long I wait). Then when I click on the sign the sign gets white and stops responding. My only choice is then to close it and reconnect but even if I do it sill doesnt work. It just wouldnt let me in the game. And now because of this i cant get in a game and it counts me as an afk player. Also Riot now gave me a low priority queue because I am an "AFK player" . Honestly I cant even play the game. Can someone help me with this because I dont know how to solve it. Thank you
