(CLIENT BUG) we cant open the lobby right now. (HELP ME)

I currently only played on the legacy client. I had to update it to the new client this patch. Since i updated it i cant press the play button anymore, It said we: cant open the lobby right now please re-open the client and try again I also re-installed the game, but still nothing changed and i still cant press the play button. i even repaired the game after installation also did not work. i also deleted the patcher and that also did not work.

Is there any solution 2 the problem im facing here? Would like 2 know asap.
