I noticed in a bot game that Fiora 's passive was negatively affected by the AD provided by the item steraks gage. when building the item from item 1036 (+10ad) to item 3053 (+ 25% base AD), the passive percentage health damage and the ultimate total health dmg went down instead of up. When item 3053 clearly provided 28 ad. Fiora was lvl 17.

Fiora's abilities and passive scale off bonus AD. The AD gained from Sterak's Gage is considered base AD.
