Katarina - Q,R,RECALL won't work!

Basically, the only skills I was able to use were my W and my E. The rest didn't work. It's not my keyboard acting up, as I would click on the abilities with my mouse and they just wouldn't go off. Recall would not work aswell, tried restarting client and the problem persisted.
