Trouble with opening the new client

So I came over this issues a couple of times now: When I go quickly through the "Loot" "Shop" and so on in the client it happens that I cant click on "Play" anymore. So I have to close the whole client and TRY to start it again, but the login screen doesnt show up anymore. In order to fix this I have to close a running "League of Legends Client" in the "Task Manager " that didnt close itself when I wanted it to close the first time after the client crashed (thats why I cant open it afterwards). After all this I can start everything normally.

can sb help me to prevent this or is this a "normal" bug at the moment?
