[GAMEPLAY] - Minor Ryze cursor bug

I was just playing ARAM, spamming my abilities like a good Ryze, when all of the sudden my cursor got stuck as the blue crosshair icon. The icon persisted on death, and clicking off the game window (I play in windowed mode) and back on did not work either. It did return to normal after I actually used one my spells, I believe my W (Rune Prison).

Clicking to move should have returned the cursor to back to normal. But as you can see from the gif, I could still walk around with the blue crosshair icon. Everything still worked fine in the shop too, but noticed I could not move the camera by clicking and dragging on the mini-map.

My best guess was I was spamming the abilities too much. This is the first time I have seen this bug so I don't think it is easy to replicate.
