Stinger/Nashors and Devourer Enchant do not stack

The CDR from Devourer acts as unique in its interaction with Stinger/Nashor's. It has no problems interacting with Fiendish Codex's Unique Passive CDR.

Devour supplies one with Attack speed and Magic Damage on hit, no CDR.
