[GAMEPLAY] Luden's Echo passive disables Banshee's Veil passive without being hit by a spell!

Good day Riot. There is a bug with Luden's Echo UNIQUE Passive that disables Banshee's Veil UNIQUE Passive if you get hit by one of the lesser bolts! It acts as if the ability itself hits you and moreover it also damages you which is not right. If this was intended, at least it shouldn't damage you... it should be blocked. Banshee's Veil Passive clearly states that it BLOCKS the next enemy ABILITY, not some passive from another item. Thanks in advance!
