requirements for draft pick/ranked doesn't show up properly

Hello,

There is little bug: When I hover my mouse over red exclamation mark next to draft pick or ranked game (play->pvp->summoner's rift), I got this sort of message:

• you must own at least 20 champs
• you must be at least level (without number) Well, I know how to use google, but still its little annoying (I want to know when I can start climbing).

Take into account that I am playing on linux (Ubuntu 18.04) with Lutris (works pretty well, only needs restart after each few games), it may be related with it.
