Game Crash In Summoners Rift

My game keeps crashing when I am playing its very random and has no pattern. I don't have anything else open when I play usually other than maybe discord or Spotify. Its only started happening recently. My frames have always been high 90 - 120 usually and my ping is usually 16 - 36. I cannot figure out whether its my graphics card or my memory using my task manager. If anyone else has had this problem I would appreciate the help.[sg-shisa]
