BUG REPORT!!!!!!!!

Please fix my account, in two ranked games of my provisional, and when the game was about to start, then it just crashed, and the riot counted these two games as my 10 games of provisional, and set me as AFK in a lower level for 5 games with 20 minutes waiting. I should have take a picture of that crashed screen, but I reported both bugs, I know you can check your bug report history. Again, it is your software's fault, not my fault. please fix my account as soon as possible.
