Sometimes when casting xeraths arcanopulse the casting animation just continues until the ability goes on cooldown. It doesnt shoot the ray and im stuck in the animation and slowed unable to do anything. This happens like 1 to 5 times a game and its really frustrating. I encountered this bug for the first time when playing my season 9 placements. I was using the "Guardian of the sands xerath" skin when this bug occured.
It happens on all skins since this patch. One think you can do is actually recast it or reclick it idk how to call that, anyway the spell is still being casted we only can't see indicators unfortunetly.
Can confirm this happens; also, crazymonkeycz is incorrect, the skill cannot be recast (i.e. fired) when this happens, and it occurs on default skin as well.

I have encountered this as well.... I am often able to recast it. My issue lies within the ability range markers disappearing. At that point I have to recast completely to be able to use the ability.
Also been encountering this a few times.
Exactly the same, even recasting didnt work for me. Guardian of the sands xerath, also it was a ranked game, haven't tried in normal.
