NA server Gift Card not in shop

Something seems different now after the new 6.7/6.8 When open to purchase RP. The Gift card option is gone. When go to website league of legends page and look for purchase RP. It tells you about openbucks. Can't use your gift card because there isn't an option on the purchase site to click on for gift/openbucks.
