[Bug] Twisted Fate Spell 3 (E)

I was playing twisted fate, and mid game I hovered over the E spell and noticed it said Attack speed increases by 1500%, which then later became 2000% and then 3000%.

No damage or actual attack speed increased, it was merely a bluff, if you'd like to call it.
