Failing to start 5 ranked queue

I've tried to start ranked queue after I and my friends finished select champions. When the times is over and game is supposed to start, but we are just kicked out for no reason. Please solve this bug.

I've escalated the issue to Riot. Hopefully, they'll post an update to the Service Status page shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for the report.

I have had this happen also and it is very confusing. Please fix.
